Stan has repaired the KI4FVI repeater and it is linked back into the other repeaters.

Sorry folks, the KI4FVI repeater is independent again, (the link is down) will try to get the parts/work this week...

Hey folks, Echolink node has been up for awhile, but I see on the log most folks are getting kicked off, a couple of tips on using echolink:
1 make sure you are not using acceleration software.
2 test your echolink connection under "Tools" and "firewall/router test"
3 the KI4FVI Echolink node can be found by using find: "Mcd, 146.715, 444.875, or node number 347219"

Once again the Link is back up with the 146.715, (the safety for the Pa had degraded and was letting the tx get into the reciver) We will find out monday night, that seems to be when it gets the most test.

Also by the way if you want to try a monitor only for 146.715, I am trying out a new pogram for audio listen only, open your favorite audio program (I like winamp) then click file/play then copy/paste " http://ki4fvi.hopto.org:5704 " and you will have a streaming audio of 146.715, there is about a 10-15 second delay because of the internet and such, but sometimes you just want to listen when you do not have a radio around.
