Comments: Met with the Charles E. Newton ARC concerning mutual EMCOMM operations.  Started a weekly two meter net on the K4HYB repeater in Griffin.  Net Control duties will be shared by Spaulding and Butts  Counties.  Terry Atha, KG4LTL (CENARC Officer), was NCS for February.  A  Technician License class and testing session is to be held on March 20,  2010 for the Butts County Mounted Patrol (CERT Team), Butts County 911  Dispatchers and other BC CERT members.  A 440 MHz repeater to be located  in Butts County is in the planning stage.
